Why can't I claim my rental listing?  

Sometimes we have multiple feeds providing us listing information. Once you claim a listing, a notification will be sent from Trulia to the email address associated with the listing.


If you do not receive the verification email, it may be that the email address associated with the listing doesn't match what you provided; or you may not be listed as the primary agent. You will need to contact customer service so they can complete the claim for you.
