Yes. Though Trulia leads are stored within the My Leads section of your account, Trulia will also send lead email alerts to the primary email address associated with your Trulia account.
If you respond to a lead by selecting the ‘Reply’ button within the lead email, you will be automatically logged into your Trulia account to send your reply through My Leads so that your conversation will be saved. A copy of your response will also be sent to your preferred email address for your records.
If you would prefer to reply to the lead email through your regular email client, simply select the reply button in your email client as you normally would.
