When you set up auto-payments, they continue for the duration of your payment term. Your landlord sets that duration from 1 to 12 months, or month-to-month (which has no end date). You can switch to scheduling your rent payments one by one at anytime, and we’ll notify you whenever your landlord changes the payment end date.
