How often is listing information on Trulia updated?

Agent-listed homes (MLS / IDX listings: Zillow/Trulia receives listing data directly from the MLS. When an agent updates a listing in the MLS, those changes typically appear on Zillow within 24 hours, though some MLS feeds can take up to 48 hours to refresh
For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings: Owners can edit their listing directly on Zillow. Changes usually publish to Zillow then Trulia quickly after saving, but new or edited FSBO listings may still go through a short review or verification process before appearing live (up to ~72 hours in some cases)
Map location / coordinates: Map placement is based on latitude/longitude data from the MLS. Once corrected in the MLS, updates generally show on Zillow within 24–48 hours
Zestimates (home value estimates): Zestimates are recalculated multiple times per week, but small data changes may not always result in a visible update
